Matt is THE BEST. Two years ago we had all of our windows replaced. From day one, Matt kept us informed on the status of the order, the expected delivery date and installation date. They came out perfect and made a huge difference in our heating and cooling efficiency.

Matt did such good work on the windows, he just finished replacing two entry doors and two storm doors. To say Matt is meticulous would be a huge understatement. Prior to the arrival of the doors, Matt called numerous times to to make sure he had the door colors, trim colors, hardware colors and hardware styles correct. The project took several days and each day, Matt made sure the openings were sealed, air tight and water tight. They look fantastic.

Matt stopped by today to drop off paperwork, touch-up paint and to make sure everything was functioning properly. We could not be happier.

We were patient to wait for Matt while he worked through some knee issues, and boy were we glad we did. Matt is a perfectionist. He took his time to do every window in the house and our front door. Every one of the installations was done with extreme professionalism with great attention to every detail. Internal and external molding was replaced so well, it is hard to tell it was ever disturbed, in some cases looking better than before the work was done. Every night, Matt cleaned up everything and left the property very clean and organized. The Harvey product is very well made, feels solid, and is easy to operate and clean. Matt’s price was very reasonable, and he was flexible on options. We are very happy with our choice of using O'Brien Windows and Doors.

Matt installed new windows for us a few years ago. One of the windows had a rotted sill and was quite a job to put in the new window. He came when he said he would and was excellent to work with. Fast forward to today. We had removed the screens to put in air conditioner. I sent Matt a message to request information on how to get the screens back in. He actually came right over and showed us how to put them in. This was over and above what we expected. Awesome service, great quality windows at a fair price. Awesome!!
